The story of Mex-Man began in 2017 in a family-founded Mexican restaurant in Tikkurila, where the family's son 'Aydin' and mother 'Sinem' worked.

In the early stages of the restaurant business, the family's mother, 'Sinem', noticed that there were no sauces on the market that suited the theme of a Mexican restaurant, so she decided to develop her own sauce that she could offer to her customers.

In the summer of 2017, the first Chipotle sauce developed using our own recipe was completed, which we later wanted to name Amor sauce, reflecting the founders' important theme, which is love.
